- What does it cost?
- Nothing. Joining and taking part as a partner bar is free, and stays free.
- What does my staff need to do?
- Not much: look at the guest's voucher screen, check that both people are present, waive the cheapest drink on the bill, and settle the rest as usual.
- Who pays for the drink?
- You do, as part of taking part, up to the maximum amount you set yourself. FAD doesn't reimburse the bar — that keeps it simple, and it works like any other voucher.
- How do I stop it getting out of hand?
- You set your own maximum amount per free drink, and can optionally set a monthly cap on the total number of free vouchers.
- How often can the same guest come back?
- The same guest gets one free drink at your venue per rolling thirty days, regardless of who they're with — you can adjust this period yourself in the dashboard, in fixed steps between 7 and 90 days.
- What information do I see about visitors?
- Only visitor counts and tier status. Never identity, name, or profile.
- How do I stop taking part?
- You can pause or stop your participation yourself in the dashboard at any time, without needing FAD.
- What if a guest shows a voucher I don't trust?
- Feel free to decline. The voucher is valid for one meetup; you check yourself that the two people in front of you are who the meetup is for, and if you're unsure, you don't have to honour it — just like with any other voucher.
